Use this template to create your own human resources and communications management plans for Milestone Six. Include all sections and tables identified in this template in your final submission. Note: This template represents only the minimum requirements. If you prefer, you can add elements to your template that you believe a project manager might find useful.

Staffing Management Plan
Briefly describe what the staffing plan covers, including the acquisition plan, resource calendar, training needs, and recognition and rewards.

• Acquisition Plan
Describe which human resources are needed to complete the project, why they will be needed on the project, and how will you go about acquiring them.

• Resource Calendar
Using a table or graph with a specific time period (e.g., a week or a month), show which resources will be used during each time period and estimate how many hours they will need.

• Training Needs
Describe what type of training will be needed for the project team to be successful.

• Performance Reviews
Explain how team performance will be measured and how feedback will be provided for each resource type.

• Recognition and Rewards
Describe what types of performance will be recognized and how excellent performance will be rewarded.
