This is a synthesis of the literature review of 20 articles about the benefits of mindfulness meditation on stress, burnout, depression, and other psychological well-being. You will find the articles uploaded in a zip folder. You do not need to write a separate introduction about the topic or an Abstract section. The introduction and the background (or significant of the practice problem) are already done. That section will be uploaded so you can see it. You do not need to write a separate conclusion because this paper has other sections. I only need at this time this section.
Instructions for the synthesis of the literature review:
1-This section is all about the scientific evidence rather than someone else’s opinion of the evidence.
2-Do not use secondary sources: you need to use the articles selected and uploaded (20), read it, and make your own decision about quality and applicability to the research question.
3-The studies that you cite on this section must relate directly to your research question: Does mindfulness meditation practice improve psychological well-being and decrease stress levels in different life situations? Please use the 20 articles sent for this section.
4-This is a synthesis rather rather than a study-by-study review.
5-Address the similarities, differences, and controversies in the body of evidence.
APA style, 6th edition, for a Master level in nursing. If you need to use other references for this section, other than the 20 articles for the literature review, for scientific data evidence or concepts, etc., please do not use Wikipedia. You can use www.apa.org, or any other reliable source and from 2015 through 2020.
