Group Application: Understand and Innovate
Analyze the order processing, engineering design, and manufacturing processes at Diecraft Australia. Access the Diecraft case study in this week’s Learning Resources. Each student will role-play one of the stakeholders and the group will:
1. Explain the main scheduling difficulties and bottlenecks.
2. Brainstorm at least 10 potential changes to accelerate delivery.
3. Gain consensus on the three ideas that seem most promising to Discraft. Explain your reasoning.
4.Recommend BPM solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
N.B – Please focus more on question 3 and 4 more, my other group member is working on 1 and 2.
